Distance Sale Contract

This Distance Sale Contract ("Contract") is entered into between you ("Customer") and VarBytes ("Company") for the purchase of software as a service ("SaaS") products provided by VarBytes.

1. Contract Formation

By completing the purchase of our SaaS products through our website at https://varbytes.com, you agree to be bound by this Contract.

2. Product Description

VarBytes provides SaaS products that enable customers to access and utilize software applications via the internet. The features and functionalities of our products are described on our website.

3. Price and Payment

The price of our SaaS products is displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full before access to the products is granted. We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Payoneer, Cash, etc..

4. Delivery

Upon completion of the purchase, VarBytes will deliver the necessary account credentials and instructions to access the SaaS products to the email address provided by the Customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they do not have the right of withdrawal once the purchase is completed.

6. Termination

The Customer may terminate this Contract by ceasing to use the SaaS products and cancelling their subscription. VarBytes reserves the right to terminate the Contract if the Customer violates the terms of service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mersin, Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved by the courts of Mersin, Turkey.
